Huh, so they went with the Kohana method. Works for me. And is it just me, or does Ribbon's death scene feel a lot like the reverse of Burai's death in Zyuranger? That passing of the ribbon felt a lot like when Burai handed over his Dragon Armor and Zyusoken to Geki during the final minutes of his life.

Well, at least they came up with an explanation about Sumino's new look. Also didn't expect them to kill off Ribbon, I have expected her to last till the end game.

Looks like next week TegaSword has finally answered the prayer of his No.1 follower, as we'll see TegaSword Gozyu Tyranno. And apparently next week's No One will be the final No One?

Well, at least no one's hiding the fact that Sumino is played by a different actress. And overall, the episode is filled with references to the role of Oni Sister. As for Kohaku Shida herself, I think she's too over-the-top for a luxury detective. Although, had she played the role from the start, she probably wouldn't have had that impression.
Overall, it's a Halloween-themed episode about haunted houses. The fact that Hoeru is afraid of ghosts, while Sumino is delighted by them, adds to the excitement. It was also great to see the old Kijirou again. The victory, which stems from the understanding that a haunted house is primarily entertainment, is also quite in keeping with the show's spirit.
However, something unexpected and tragic happens in the finale. Ribbon dies, at the hands of Rikuo, and Bouquet learns that he is Gozyu Leon. The tone has changed very abruptly, and I'm curious to see where this leads and what else will happen. It looks like the next episode will be about Bouquet taking revenge for her little sister. And Ryugi will finally get a power-up.
P.S. It seems that this week there were some episodic revelations in both Sentai and Rider.
P.P.S. In the context of what happened, the title of the episode gives off a touch of graveyard humor.

And this begs the question: after this, won't the show turn into a weekly farewell to characters from both Bridan and the Gozyugers? By the way, are any of the Universe Heroes still around, except Universe Kuwagata Ohger, or have all the rings been shared by familiar faces?

More like the Kiryu Sento method. And yeah, I'm relieved to finally get closure on this debacle. I feared losing faith in the show if they pretended nothing was different, so it's nice to know they care about maintaining our suspension of disbelief. Sumino's undercover investigation is good material for fanfic writers as well.

I didn't think about it at the time, as I was caught in the moment, but sure, that's a good comparison. Ribbon's arc was short, yet dramatic. First I loved her, then I kind of hated her and now I'm sad for her. Feels like this is Gozyuger's equivalent to the Skebows scene. Inoue lures you in to a sense of security with the comedic subplot and then crushes your heart.

Not like Rikuo meant to damage the Ayaser's escape circle, but I can totally understand why Bouquet would become disillusioned with her idol after that. Fire Candle is ticked off as well to lose another one of his comrades and likely regrets not getting to know her better.

I think Shida just needs a little more time to adapt to the role, which is fair enough. Hopefully when the Oto subplot resumes, she'll get serious and act more like the Sumino we know and not so much like Kitou which was probably only done here for meta comedy.

Even though he worked at a haunted house in Episode 15 and dated a ghost in 19. I guess there needs to be a character scared of ghosts in a haunted house episode, but Hoeru, seriously?!
