While I only own two volumes, 20th Century Boys is a story that has stuck with me for a long time. I write in my spare time as a hobby, and I think outside of Katsuhiro Otomo, Naoki Urasawa is my biggest inspiration. It's been about... two years since I reread the first volume?
I have no idea how the story ends yet, but the first few pages reinvigorated all the love of which I previously had for the story. Truly, it is such a marvel how he is able to reel me in from chapter one. When it comes to mysteries, I really look no further than Urasawa.

I wonder if the site will ever get any new mods? I notice most of the staff hasn't been online for sometime now.

I'd hope so. Bots have gotten so bad the last year or so. Makes the News and Rumors forum a .ess. It's frustrating that nothing seems to be being done about it

I even contact them outside the web, and I heard nothing. I think we can get this place to feel more lively again.

20th Century Boys is a must-read manga. May have its flaws depending on the person, but I still think it was one of his best. However, URASAWA'S BEST WORK EVER would probably be YAWARA, since it was what made him a star. Also got the anime treatment as well back in the days.

Welp, now I have a reason to go to a theater and eat buckets of popcorn this summer.
Travis Knight directing puts my worries at ease for now. Seriously hope they have Skeletor talk trash, because that's his shtick. They can make him feel and sound like Shao Khan from Mortal Kombat all they want, but I seriously hope Skeletor does enough shit-talking for fans to make a compilation. ![]() Love how to keep him safe his mother sends him to our world (nod to the Lundgren movie, maybe?) and it ends up with him at a desk job that sucks. ![]() And I love the comic book store bit already.

I survived my first week in grad school. Though I got a cold so my energy levels are low. I hate being sick on my first week of school.

I didn't wake up until 2 PM today because I forgot to set my alarm. Not like I could do anything anyway because of the snow.

The snow sucks. My area just got hit with wind and cold temperatures. But last Friday I couldn't go anywhere due to the windchill (-40 degrees F), and I was also sick with the flu that day.

So due to YSST being penned by Shogo Muto, I took the liberty of introducing my watch group(s) to Kamen Rider Build,
This Was A Mistake.
