Considering this was introduced as part of their different film labels, it's probably unlikely to be straight adaptations of existing Manga.
Especially since the Aniplex and Shirogumi is described as an original Rider project. Here's a video on the press conference btw |

Whatever this becomes, I'm excited for it. Being able to see a series where the limits of realism, location, actor availability and otherwise aren't much of a factor will certainly make things more interesting.
I just hope it doesn't look like Fuuto PI, though... No shade to the show, but it's a bit too glossy looking for my taste.
