I wouldn't say skip it. I'd just caution people to go in with low expectations and a high tolerance for melodrama. Also, don't expect a satisfying ending.

Ok den-o and i must be the only two people on here who hate double. I got bored with it and the ending is so anti-climatic.

I don't hate it, but I certainly yawned while watching it... A lot. Good characters though. But it isn't worth all the praise. That should all go to OOO , Fourze and Den-O

Agreed on all points! W may not be awful but it is really hard to work your way through. I took about a 6 month break in the middle and watched a few things I was more interested in at the time.

I said the same about Evangelion back in the day when it came out...yet look at the pedestal it sits on...

Now the one thing I do agree I have read...Blade is rough to get into...I am still on my second try...Agito, oh hells yeah damn good time! Especially the arc with Another Agito...oh Kino-san...
