I don't hate him, perse. He's just intrusive, breaking the flow of an episode to give background on a youkai or whatever (Granted, I personally have no idea what these youkai are, but still )

While I knew what a Kappa was, I had no idea what the hell the long necked/octopus lady was in episode 2. So he kinda helped there.

BTW, I loved Kappa's human form

So you know how I always rag on that one episode of Goseiger where Eri shirks her Ranger duties to bake a little boy a birthday cake? Well I just watched episode 46 of Zyuranger, in which the team are being hounded by civilians after some imposters start attacking people. And how do they handle it? By hiding out in an old lady's house and baking her a birthday cake. (really wish we had tfw's banging your head against a wall emoticon right now)
