It doesn't work well with the shininess of the material. All I keep seeing is a yellow rain slick, like he's the Gordon's Fisherman or something.

It almost comes off as orange, it's an odd color choice. Overall another good episode though.

The Wizardriver shouts Please after Engage as well I think. Regardless I find it funny that the guy who only one episode earlier didn't even know what a Gate was, suddenly knew which ring to put on a Gates' finger to enter their underworld

That's actually a horrible way for things to go. While the Gates survive, this strategy pretty much requires the Gate to undergo extreme emotional trauma by having them lose the one thing that keeps them going in the world...
