WHAT?!?! Why are we even discussing this if Shocker and the other evil organizations are still out there?! We need to get out there ourselves and help the Riders. Toku Riders, Riders of all nations, creeds, races, and religions, gear up and move out!

How many Riders are there that don't require a belt to transform?
All I can think of are Amazon, Shin, Sasword, TheBee, and Diend.
