I forgot about Drake. Ohhh those three from Kabuto that have the wrist pieces, they use rhino beetles...?

G3 technically doesn't NEED a belt to transform, but it probably helps keep his robot pants up.

How'd I forget about Drake when I named the other two Kabuto riders?
Anyway, I also forgot about the Keitaros, Hercus, and Caucasus, too. Is Another Agito a Rider? And what about Hibiki? Do all of them use belts?

Another Agito is a Rider. As for Hibki I'm not sure off the top of my head. Hibiki himself uses the Tuning Fork, but I never got far enough in the show where the other popped up.

None of the Hibiki Riders use a belt that I'm aware of. Two use wrist pieces, one uses a whistle, and then there's the tuning fork.

There's also Lupin, who transforms with the appropriately named Lupin Gunner.

But does he really count? He claimed to be a Kamen Rider because he defeated Drive and took the "title" from him.

I assume he does. It's not really like there are any set rules for what makes a Kamen Rider a Kamen Rider--I mean, hell, a good chunk of Heisei series never use the words "Kamen Rider," but we still consider those characters to count. And considering how many "pseudo Riders" there are for which the distinction is largely arbitrary, the question "Is this a REAL Kamen Rider?" I think is a little meaningless. Does he transform into a Rider like form? Does he identify as a Kamen Rider? If yes...seems good enough for me?

And there was sort of romance in Faiz. Except Kusaka is Kusaka. And Yuka and Keitaro...*bursts into tears*
