I dunno. He's slowly began to step out of Tendou's shadow of "Too cool for all of this" style with his more recent cameos, which is a nice start.

I liked how he was handled in the Showa vs. Heisei movie. In that film he was kind of the de facto leader of the Heisei era Riders. I like the idea of Decade being the guy who goes around gathering everyone together when something bad is going down, even if that means that it's basically his job to herd all the cats.

What if Toei did Pre-Series Cameo Debuts before 2009? For example, Decade makes a cameo in Kamen Rider Kiva: King of the Castle in the Demon World or Hibiki makes a cameo in Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace.

I really don't think that would have worked given how divorced most of the movies were from their respective series back then.

keep thye destroyer of worlds thing, but have it where he and Diend came from the same world, and Diend is actually the hero of the world they come from, and Tsukasa was the villain.

make their belts have a thing where they can take the powers from riders they defeat (that way it would make sense why Decade has good guy riders and Diend has evil riders)

and make it where Tsukasa's amnesia came from Diend shooting him in the head and surviving.
