No the Overlords are all from the same world. Only one of them ate a golden fruit the others just ate normal Helheim fruits and mastered their Inves powers. We dont know how many world Helheim has invaded before it. Because Kouta was the first one who had the idea to use his powers differently.

Because we're less than 15 episodes into the show. There's got to be something to dramatically reveal later on, they can't just burn the reveals up at the start.

Much like how half the questions here can be answered with "Because toys," the in universe answer is what people are looking for.
