I dunno though, I don't think there's any real connection. He's a notable dead guy from history...shrug. The lyrics of the song are basically all about living life or whatever, seems they're tying that into his proposition about the fact that people exist.

They both wear leather jackets... and that's it. Spectre seems to have his own motives though, he's just a rival because he too wants 15 Eyecons, and they’re not really enemies.

And Mashin Chaser was not a Rider and not a rival, he wanted to kill Drive where as Spectre only wants him out off his way.

It varies, but for Gaim it was March and for Drive I think it was January or February, so expect it around there.
