We've seen Rider Team up and had Rider Cross overs, but if you had to think realstic instead of "They needed to team up because they need to save the world" Which two riders from different shows do you think can not get along on any agreement and would just bump heads?

they both have their own way of going about things, and they each look at cooking in a different way as well from what I can tell.

hell, probably ANYONE and Tendo.

Why was base Kiva heavier than Emperor? And why was it so heavy that the stunt actor couldn't work in it?

You also have to take into account weight distribution. Kiva had giant chunks of armored areas on the chest and only one leg. It's an issue since Kiva was supposed to be Wataru releasing his inner Fangire, so he fought with a more animal like style, involving throwing himself at enemies and tossing them around. It can be taxing, considering suit acting is already a tiring job.

For the question in specific: Because of poor suit construction. They should have used lighter materials on the torso and leg.
