we need to bring back Foundation X.
like, we can use to bring back Uva, new astro switches, new lockseeds, fake wizard powers. it needs to be something that's been hanging back on the sidelines for the longest time.

I don't think we'll see them return, really. It's painfully clear that beyond simply being an "Evil organization" they really had no idea what to do with Foundation X.

That's why I think Foundation X actually was trying to just be an evil organization. No goal to blot out the Sun or conquer Uzbekistan with an army of flesh-eating cybergoats, just "make an evil shady organization."
Sorta like what Phinneas and Ferb do when their bored. Since Foundation X has no unique goal or MO, there isn't a reason to use them when the better known and more marketable Shocker can be used instead. They're too generic.

Thing with Foundation X was though that they never tried to make it this big orginization. Except for Double and the Megamax movie Foundation X was never supposed to be the new Shocker which was perfectly clear after they vanished right after Double ended and were never mentioned again. And thats completely fine I think.
The problem with Foundation X is much more how the fans reacted to them. The Fans wanted to believe that FX was this big new thing that was pulling all the strings in the background when toei never had any intentions of making Foundation X this giant new threat. And their appearence in Megamax was less Toei trying to reveal the big FX masterplan and more the producer of Fourze wanting to use an old concept he brought into the shows with Double. If those shows were still made like in the old days with writers and producers staying on the franchise for multiple years maybe Tsukada and Sanjo could have managed to actually make FX the new Shocker. I honestly didn't understand Foundation X's involvement with the ending of W. They never mentioned them, that I can remember, through the season. Then suddenly there they were. I liked Utopia's design but X's involvement really made no sense. Not when they already had Taboo and Claydoll going at it as the big bad's of the series towards the end.

Well, just because I said I liked the Amazon World in Decade when I had no clue about Amazon or pretty much any rider that was older than W, it doesn't mean that I don't respect the original series. I love Amazon, but I've only watched it recently and I have no idea how I would react if I watch Decade now. I was just talking about a first impression I had in an earlier state of being a Rider Fan. I haven't seen DCD for over a year so I don't even remember what happened in those episodes. I just recall that I thought they were some of the better episodes in the show. As said before, this has nothing to do with respecting the original show or not.
