It would make sense if we next saw Irumi shopping with Neon. But the hospital consists of two scenes, both of which are talking about the same thing. And both have Neon and Irumi. Hugs could be dispensed with, but there was no need for dialogue in the hallway. All reconciliation could be transferred to the ward to the father.
Plus, a bit of theory. Cinema is a visual art and its main method of communicating with the audience is the image. Therefore, everything that can be shown without words must be shown without words. And this is not my invention or preference, but what people are taught in universities. Won't go over what I said before, because we're just going to get stuck in a loop over this. I don't even know why we're talking about past episodes like this, considering that this is the thread for Episode 47. And you can say that cinema is a visual art, but you know, it's also a verbal art, too. Dialogue is often just as important as visuals. Some things can be communicated visual for certain, but there are just moments that need to be verbally said. Also, trying to bring in cinema theory/university talk doesn't make it sound any smarter. And at the end of the day, we're talking about a kid's show. Sometimes we just overanalyze this stuff when we really shouldn't, and forget that it's meant for kids. Wow, how mature. Congrats, truly the winner. Proclaiming to have the last word is truly important. I'm sorry, but like, was it really necessary to add that? It would've been fine if you replied, I don't mind that, but like, it only serves to prolong arguments. Word of advice for the future, just avoid doing that because all it does is piss people off and continue an argument that they would've otherwise left. Quote:
Though you also need to not think that the parents always loved her and "treated her well all this time" with Neon not tealizing it, because they're shitty parents, but got inspired by Neon's actions of keep giving "true love" to others, to make amends to her and show her actual love (the root of why she needs to be explicitly told of being loved, her abusive upbringing, in opposite extremes for both).

The shopping scene is basically a d?nouement to that, to show that the two of them are on their way to reconnecting after everything that happened. It's not a scene where either of them are emotionally charged at all until the fight with Kanato. Quote:
Because people write here opinions about all the episodes of the show that have already been released. And if there are more such messages than about the 47th itself, it only says that little can be said about the episode where the raccoon defeats the toad, and the foxes defeat the evil eyeliner guy.
Sure, but another part of that is how people can still judge those desires and actions, but never the person. And suffice to say, I'd suggest finding a different desire like Daichi is doing now like in 47. |

Later is when? In a crossover? There is no time limit... Of course, after all, none of the hostages of the tree has relatives, friends, or pets after all. Even if for them the whole experience is like a dream, a piece of life is lost. They suffer, their loved ones suffer. Just write that you don't care about the the nameless extras and that's it.

Where on earth do you think that I was excusing the shit that Neon's parents did? They were shitty parents, yea, and they want to make amends because they do genuinely realized that they loved her, but need to make things right first. Unless you mean "you" as in the "general you", I have no idea where I implied that I thought that they treated her well all the time before.
I felt like it's done to spite on those who are merely not hating and throwing shades on Geats constantly. Like to demonstrate what is the series "teaching" (in their eyes) to you to prove their point of this being 'depraved series' or such so it'd turn you off and have you join them or something?

Strawman, because not immediately rescuing (but would happen shortly after) doesn't equal not care (which is more like leaving them be forever). My point was more like this isn't the end of the series yet and don't talk as if nothing would be touched upon again as if it's actual end.

And in my comment, I meant exactly what is written there. Verbatim. No secret strategies. I like to have the last word and I wanted it. And now I want this comment to also be taken literally and without searching for hidden meanings. I have absolutely no intention of changing anyone's preferences. I know there are people who don't like Geats, but I don't see them as allies. I argue with actions that I consider wrong, the interpretation of events or characters, but not to convince anyone, but to explain why I think so. Stay with your opinion, but recognize the right to another. But, if you ever organize the rescue of the hostages, still postpone the tea party until it is successfully completed. They will thank you. Plus, don't breed sacred cows. If you can write that Ghost is a bad show, then you can write that Geats is a bad show. If you can write that Sougo is dumb, then you can write that Ace is dumb. And you may not agree with this. But guessing what a person thought, wanted, or manipulated is already too much. Because personally I mean what I write and I want it to be perceived that way. Please. And not to end up in quarrels. Ace needs fans who believe he can create a happy world. We can say that he needs a cult of happiness. And this is exactly what the antagonist in Shin Kamen Rider possessed. Considering this and the preservation of the memory of the dead that I have already mentioned, I am more and more convinced that Takahashi decided to argue with Anno.
And no, there is no subtext here: "Here's a fool, how can he compete with the brilliant genius of Hideaki Anno?". By the way, I do not like Evangelion and overslept the ending. This is just my observation, based on the same elements and their different polarity in these two projects. And the mere fact that I have to explain this is terribly annoying. Seriously, stop fantasizing about what I think. It's creepy. |

Crazy Theory: Daichi is not Nadge. I'll explain now. He became Jamato and, most likely, according to the method of Archimedes (for we have not seen others). That is, it is Jamato with Daichi's memory and consciousness. But Archimedel believed that Jamato could develop to such an extent that they would become independent and replace people. So maybe it's still true and the current Jamato-Daichi is a separate person and received only the memory of the original? Of course, the responsibility for the Knowledge Tree is entirely on him, but this can be attributed to the negative influence of the original.

This episode makes an effort to be mainly Keiwa-focused by making all Riders inactive, with Ace being sealed, also Sara and Daichi not being Rider anymore, but all Riders being turned into an animal plushie, as Kekera said so that Keiwa would be the only Kamen Rider to prove that he can't save people alone. It seems comedic, while also highlighting Tsumuri's change compared to Black Tsumuri which was like her at the beginning (albeit with opposite quote), such as now calling Riders by their civilian names, but that'd be another one of Kekera's crimes even if temporary, other than him holding civilians hostage, as I've seen these kind of crime in, Power Rangers SPD.
Regarding SPD, are you referring to Bugglesworth, who turned people in to dolls? Quote:
I guess it's the most "consistent" way to change horrible people like Daichi, through outside means, like shown, as I personally won't believe that it can't come from he himself, regarding how horrible and that horrible people tend to look down on morality and never convinced by it (other than the benefit he can gain), thus it has to be forced upon him by the memories he gained. It also doesn't feel like he's actually redeemed yet (though him becoming sort of better now can disqualify him from pure evil status...), because his motivation to protect Sara isn't some kind of genuine care, but because there's something that finally intrigues him regarding her and Keiwa, about how to be happy, which is an ulterior motive.
Quote:
Other than the usual display of heroism by being concerned about the civilians, Keiwa makes active defiance to Kekera's teachings, and follow Ace's. Now Keiwa rejects making a DGP wish, against Kekera insisting that you have to sacrifice some people's happiness to fulfill the other. With Keiwa promising to Ace to take part in creating a world where everyone is happy, being heroic is of course, not viewing good in statistics, but strive for everyone, unlike him only caring for his family in his heel turn before. Though it's not shown how to deal with you can't save everyone route, but my personal thinking is that, it's ok if you fail, but only due to your limitations, not deliberately offing the unlucky few. Though Keiwa now swears off DGP, he'd still need the Creation powers to fix the world, but in how Ace and the gang use it by not sacrificing others. The episode title of Kamen Rider meaning is shown with the typical Kamen Rider theme, of which no matter where your powers come from, including from evil, you have the control of your power and use it for good... the one thing Keiwa thanked Kekera for.

I don't know if it's just a translation thing, but I'm kind of confused by Daichi's characterization.
At first they said the reason he was becoming less evil was because, by consuming memories from the fruit of the tree of life, he by proxy absorbed their moral compass as well. Which made sense. Quote:
Strong disagree. I mean, how could Gai possibly stay evil after reuniting with his adorable robot dog? I'm also willing to cut the show some slack, as it was rushing due to pressure from a certain apocalypse IRL. Quote:

You know, Kamen Rider redemption stories are like a core theme dating back from the first in a way, and while some are a little rough, I genuinely enjoy them. And Daichi here in particular.
Heck, this whole show has a bunch of redemption, and I liked how they all played out here. Keiwa truly had one of the most interesting arcs, it had some problems initially, but I still enjoyed how they fared. I'll reserve my full judgement until the series ends, but I'm confident in saying Geats has been my favorite Reiwa Rider from start to finish, thus far. I had an ominous feeling when Kekera went into his frog pose, something to that extent was going to happen, but boy, I found the other characters transforming funny. And not only did I get a premonition there, but again when Kekera announced his Kamen Rider Game and people were reacting with "who's Keiwa?" I had a strange impression the people from the Labyrinth Game were going to show up, and (unless I'm mistaken, then just disregard my nonsense) they did indeed appear. As the prisoners. Now, I do feel like Geats' return was a little out of the blue (at least for last minute), especially with the debut of Regad, which was a cool redo of the Gazer Suit with a coattail(!), but not like it mattered too much since Omega brough it back and showed off it's true face (funny how it's a cyclops what with all the future cameras looking like that). A little last minute, but still enjoyable. Next Episode: Everyone gets to be a Kamen Rider (She really said "My condolences")! also, that scene from the Opening!
