So in an interview, the writer of Kamen Rider Gaim stated that the first episode, where we have Gaim vs. Baron with Zangetsu and Ryugen watching, is actually a possible "future scenario" that may or may not happen based on events in the show. So, knowing that, what do we see?

Yggdrasill Corporation is still standing - but the Hellheim forest is now completely all over the city.

We see Mai, in her white dress with a red eye, awaken from the ground and stand on a cliff side looking down, holding a fruit.

Gaim leads an army of Inves monsters. On the other side of the battlefield is Baron, along with Gridon, leading a second army of Inves. And finally, we have, in the middle, Zangetsu and Ryugen, with Ryugen looking as if he's forcefully being made to stand still and watch the battle, with Inves and a few Watermelon Armor suits standing in the background.

As the battle starts, we see that Baron has a bunch of the machines that AC Gridon comes with (I forget, I think they're Tulip Hoppers).

So.

Now that you know all of THAT, what do you think the future holds?

I think we might still get that big battle, and all the other Riders who weren't there are probably going to die. Who knows if Zangetsu is holding Ryugen back or if Ryugen is secretly waiting. Lots of stuff going on, but I don't know if I can see Gaim leading an army of Inves, I think this future will be prevented.

Actually, on Baron's side was the Suika Arms in Gyro Mode.

Maybe it's a vision Mai saw of the future,and what would happen if the Beat Riders didn't start working together.The town would be overrun and they'd still be fighting,and Ryugen would find out about his brother and be comlplient,doing everything Zangetsu told him because of their relation.

Would give reason as to why she came to our world in the first place,to stop it from happening,plus he didn't say it would happen,he said it could happen.To me that screams vision and her stopping it.

I think it's one possible future. Maybe that was what Mai was saying when she says to every Rider they're choosing their fate. She could be Travelling back in time, which is why she's never really there, warning the Riders in an attempt to stop that future from happening. Then I just had another thought. What if that Girl really is Mai. What if something happens to Mai later in the series to turn her into her. Which explains how she knows where and how to find each Rider. She's watched it all happen first hand.

Either that or vision.Both make sense.I doubt it will happen though because things are moving differently.Biggest 2 are Baron and Gaim are starting to kind of get along,and Ryugen isn't as cowardly as shown in the "vision".He's tricky and willing to stand up for himself.
