			It's been a while but it's time for a new Ultra-Act gallery!

This time I'm looking at Ultra-Act Zero V2. This renewal is a very welcome addition to the Ultra-Act line. Anyone familiar with the line knows that the original release of Ultraman Zero isn't the best of Ultra-Acts. The figure suffers from quite a few of the design flaws that other earlier releases in the line do. Articulation & general QC being the most common problems. This V2 rectifies nearly all those problems. As you can Zero V2 is presented in what's become the new standard for Ultra-Act packaging in the last two years. For starters the V2 includes a TON of a new accessories. It's a vast improvement on selection over the original release. Not only does Zero include 6 sets of hands, but also 2 individual Zero Sluggers, plus an extra version of each attached to beam effects as well as a combined form of the two as the Zero Twin Sword. The alternate chest plate to replicate the Zero Twin Shoot is also includde as well as alternate shoulder panels, a beam effect, and a massive double beam effect to be used in conjunction with a second figure. An alternate head and a back plug for Tamashii Stages are also included. This guy is loaded down. If this improvement over the original wasn't enough to entice you, it's also a massive improvement in the articulation department. As you can see the figure makes full use of the new body type to properly able to achieve the characters signature moves. Ultra-Act Zero V2 is an absolutely excellent renewal of a figure that was underwhelming previously. It's a fantastic compliment piece to any of your other Ultra-Acts, though unfortunately the downside is that it makes the flaws of previous release more apparent. Such as the height difference between Zero V2 and Glenfire.

I'm glad that I skip out on the old release and I plan to get Zero V2 for my birthday soon. How well do the Ultra Act figures scale up to the Kamen Rider figuarts? I always plan to do a Rider vs. Ultra display for a while.

It's a shame he's taller than Glenfire. Thanks for the gallery Den-O, it's great as usual. |
