Not sure what the whole deal with this is, but it looks like some sort of an S.H.Figuarts scaled Crack effect piece that's included with Ryugen if you pre ordered from the Aeon Shop.

Is this the same shop that had the transformation effect for the Blade SHF?

It's cool, but it just means virtually none will be out there again...
