Not really, the reason the crossover is happening next week, which means it is delayed one week because of delaying in ToQGer cause the episode of UFOMaru delayed. They can't give a new mecha out in a special crossover before it's own debut in the show, I guess.

And about the quality, you can skip both show, really. Neither Drive nor Ninninger has good rating so far. The reason I'll watch them is because of the interaction between heros in both show.
