We got plenty of dead characters returning in Gokaiger, so what's bringing back one more for another anniversary?
Personally, I wouldn't be torn up over it if he didn't return, mainly because he wasn't that interesting a character.

I would like him to return in the movie like with Boukenger, but in the show, it might feel forced whereas it was pretty organic in Gokaiger.

Considering he was a spirit to begin with and had some appearances after his supposed "death" in Gokaiger, I don't really see that being a problem.

It would be cool to have him in the classic vs. Super Sentai movie (which I hope they'll bring back this year), but I don't think he'll be part in the show itself. Pretty much like it was in Boukenger.
