Thanks to JEFusion, we have a first look at Kamen Rider Heart! One fan in Japan saw this new figuart, and took a picture of it. So far, this seems to be the only picture of the figure, but this new for is sure to appear in the Drive Saga: Heart/Mach movie.

This has be debunked as a fan custom figure.
