Here we go:


*Build's true name is "Sento Kiryu," played by Atsuhiro Inukai. He has a genius-level IQ but also amnesia and no knowledge of his past.

*A mysterious figure linked to Sento's past is "Eiji Akaso" (played by Ryuga Banjo)- He has been accused of murder and escaped from prison. More than likely Eiji is Kamen Rider Claws.

*Build is taken in by a man named "Soichi Isurugi" (played by Yasuyuki Maekawa) who owns a cafe. HE also has a daughter, Misora (Kaho Takada) who seems to have the power to "purify" enemies.

*Build will be hired by the Special Forces Chief "Gentoku Himuro" (Kensei Mikami) to investigate the PANDORAS BOX incident and deal with the resulting SMASH creatures.

*Additional support will come from freelance journalist "Sawa Takigawa" (Yukari Taki) who investigates the strange new Rider and his fights.

And the story-

10 years ago the “Pandora Box” was found on Mars. On Earth, it created walls that divided Japan into Touto (Eastern Capital), Hokuto (Northern Capital) and Seito (Western Capital) and brought along the Smash, unidentified beigns that attack people.

Sento Kiryu, prodigy physicist, transforms into Kamen Rider Build to fight the Smash.

The Touto government requests his help in deciphering the mystery behind the Pandora Box and the Smash.

There is one mystery not even Sento can solve: his own past. The only memory he has left of more than 20 years is the existence of a sinister figure called, Knight Rogue.

There is one man who holds the key to Sento’s memories. A prison escapee by the name of Ryuga Banjo, who adamantly denies commiting the murder he is accused of.

Misora Isurugi who works with Sento, has the ability to purify the harmful components the Smash are made of.

Sento transforms into Kamen Rider Build in order to uncover the mystery surrounding the Pandora Box, the Smash and his amnesia.

Got that a bit backwards, Ryuga Banjou is the character, Akaso is the actor.

Am I the only one who feels like this show cobbled together ideas from the whole pre-Decade Heisei-run? The main character has amnesia, the secondary character was in prison, police / special forces are involved, reporter as the female lead, the main hub is a cafe...

Not that that's necessarily bad, I just happened to notice it.

Anyways, I will judge the cast once I see it in action, I can't rate how well of a job they will do based on a press conference.

Story sounds a bit cliche but I'm still interested. The characters each sound unique. I can't wait for this series.

It just hit me, Ryuga is played by Chihiro and Iyu's friend in Amazons.

From what I could gather they get destroyed and then made into the Full Bottles Build uses to transform.

Yeah, Build's female assistant has the ability to make new Fullbottles out of their scraps if I understood some things correctly
