I like how Cross-Z has arm blades on him, like they were straight out of Amazons. I don't know if it was intentional since his actor was in Amazons.

I'm guessing there is another one, as Ryuga tried to use Sento's belt and it backfired on him.

going by this pic, it doesnt look it, it looks like ryuga is using sento's belt because you see sento on the ground not transformed and he doesnt have the driver.

Maybe there is only one Driver and Cross-Z and Build actually can't appear at the same time?

We know that Ryuga will get a different belt later on, and I could see the show involving the fight over the Driver until then.
