I would love it if he were in the show. May be in the 25th or in next season.

Won't be the 25th. Unless it's an ending setup scene for material much later. Was at one time supposed to be in the 25th though until it was decided it was "too dark" for the show.

Next season is an unknown. Will likely show up much later though if he doesn't next season or 2. Next show minimal will make reference of him possibly as part of their history books so to speak on "Grid history". Not enough info to fully know. *Edit* Per the new trailer, isn't part of that either.

At one time there seemingly were ideas tossed out to include him, but it was worried his addition is too much for the mainline TV show. I have no idea if that has since changed though. But as a lore addition, he is something that wants to be drawn on and referenced in material as well as new interpretations for non-multiverse connected material for those to create their own multiverse with the concept.

The 30th has a possibility, and other Material will likely make references or interpretations of him.

Though there is a push to get it into the TV universe to pull comic into the TV's multiverse. 25th is partially to help establish that multiverse theory and make it bigger to eventually include the comics. He and the ramifications of his story are likely to become an anniversary staple over time. So we will see something at some point. It's a matter of when, and what they do to build hype to it.
