The standard version of Ultraman Zero will be joining the S.H. Figuarts line in February 2019!
No confirmation yet, but it looks to be a retail release. Priced 5940 yen.

Looks like I sold off the V2 Ultra-Act at just the right time.

Must-have! Always liked Zero, and Ultraman Geed made me enjoy the character even more, so I gladly buy this and display it right next to Geed himself.
Can I get Belial next please? ![]() |

In terms of quality, Is there much of a difference between the Ultra Act one and this? Seems like the same accessories

And the smaller scale isn't even that much of an issue anymore IMO considering that they've made plenty of cool effect and building-sets which are tailor made for the Figuarts. |

It's too early for a real comparison since we only have magazine scans for now but the smaller scale yet better proportions are the main differences I'd say.

This will however, likely be a better figure in that it's designed with more poseability in mind. The V2 Zero Ultra-Act was fantastic but still imperfect. Sadly my experience with Ultra SHF's so far has been floppy messes for the most part outside the Kaiju. So we'll see if Zero actually winds up being some kind of marked improvement or not.

Ultra-Acts tend to be a bit more toyetic in their designs, while the Figuarts are visually much closer to the actual suits. Of course this has mainly applied to the older Ultras so I'm not quite sure if it'll be the case with someone like Zero whose suit has always looked relatively toyetic. Either way I'm very excited for this one, hopefully it means a standard Belial isn't too far away either.
