Most likely. I guess they thought, "Kyoryu Curry has been done so many times. What else?" and since she is a track-and-field star, it does make sense to use SCRTC. Definitely. The chief producer of Gekiranger, Hideaki Tsukada, is the same guy who’s producing Kirameiger. It’s an Easter egg from his past show. Be on the lookout for Hurricanger shoutouts too, since he also produced that series.
