This is amazing and we need this. Though I am curious that they started with Thunder Megazord instead of the iconic one. And pretty surprised that they let a third party do it, although Hasbro is known for licensing its products.

Third party action figures licensed by Hasbro. Assuming from the pic I would think that it's the same size as Super Robot Chogokins, and that's the reason we want it so bad because we got a Lightning Collection which is a substitute for Sentai Figuarts and now this Metal Power can be a substitute for Super Robot Chogokin!

I already have the SRCs of the Megazords I wanted, but this is still great news! I'm hoping they focus on the mechs that SRC and Super Minipla haven't done already, so people can fill out a full roster of Zords faster.

Does anyone know if this is a one off? Or a new line dedicated to megazords? If it is, I'll probably jump on if they ever do a Q-Rex. Although I never liked the look of this megazord, those proportions are very tempting.

Higher res photos of the prototype found online.
Looking very sharp. Depending on the price I might end up getting this. |

Well, it looks super nice, but something about it bothers me. It seems...skinnier? than it should be?
I'm still holding out hope that we get a Super Mini-pla release of this and Won Tiger.

It's prioritizing a sleek articulated look over a man in a suit covered in 100 pounds of foam and plastic. So they can bring in the waist. A lot of the suits square off around that area. |

why cant we just have Combining zords... hasbro seems to be afraid that people are so stupid that they'd get PR and TF confused.
