They probably wanted to have two of the same pricepoint to pack in a case, since Black and Green, as well as Blue and Pink's zords are the same size.

Can't speak for all of them, but I'm pretty sure my local Target doesn't even stock Power Rangers toys anymore.

My local Target still has Lightning Collection figures, but the only Dino Fury item I've seen up to this point is the Morpher.

Haven't seen anything at Walmart except one Retro Morphin' Zack.
