Nah, I kid, you still can't get rid of me. It has been interesting how much more popular tokusatsu has become in the English speaking world during the time I've been a fan of the medium. Back when I started it seemed like very few people knew what it even was, but now if I bring it up... well a lot of people still don't know. But occasionally they do!

Really? Interesting... I feel like those two words are much more commonly-used in the English language than Tokusatsu.

Tonkatsu, maybe. But I don't think isekai is that mainstream of a word yet, though this is a start. Not unless CW, ABC, or any channel that's equivalent makes a show with the word deliberately included in the show's title.

And now Tokusatsu is becoming popular, it's possible anyone can make Tokusatsu like shows.
