I wonder if this took so long to come out because they re-wrote it to feature the legacies instead of the classic versions (Sam Wilson instead of Steve Rogers, Miles Morales instead of Spider-Man).

Also they just talk about Hayata Ultraman, but will we still see Taro like on the initial teaser art?

Honestly, if Steve had been involved in the story, I highly doubt it would have been the light, entertaining crossover they're going for. There are too many pitfalls. It`s better for him to cooperate with Hongo. They can be together ride bykes and destroy the alliance between Hydra and Shocker.
