To be fair, when has that ever really played a factor in their casting decisions? I mean just look at Dom as Rhino Ranger in Jungle Fury. Now, I'm not saying that he was overweight, but he damn sure wasn't any where near as slender as the suit actor. Now as far as this whole Jordan as Silver thing goes, he defiantly will not be. I highly doubt they refilmed such an early S1 episode after the fact just to establish him. He's just a throwaway character.
