How much is it gonna cost Game Freak when all is said and done to make Pokemon X and Y?

I mean making 700+ polygonal models for each pokemon not counting Mega Evolutions or Alternate forms which could make that number go up by 100. AND ANIMATING THEM ALL FOR ATTACKS. Not to mention making a 3D overworld. And animating the models for Pokemon Amie

I know its significantly cheaper then making a Next Gen game, but seriously, this has got to be ridiculously expensive by Pokemon standards.

That's actually why I'm not angry over the rumored small amount of new Pokemon. There's so much to do, change, and add just for the pre-existing stuff, not to mention the new moves, Pokemon, and 3D overworld. It's a large step to take and certainly not a cheap one.
