Who was Doctor O's girlfriend in Dino Thunder? My memory sucks I know. But she could be the one to build a Zord. And if they make Tommy the Silver Ranger, it would make sense she built it.

That would be Haley...hmn wait I don't think she's been claimed in the babe thread...anyway yeah I think she could. I think Andrew Hartford would also perfectly capable of building a zord since he uh built the oo zords and they were bada$$.
