Well, it's the fault of the writing. They clearly have no idea how the make Decade look good, so they just made everyone else look worse in comparison.

That's another thing, too. Even power-level wise, guys like Kuuga, Agito and Kabuto alone all should have kicked Decade's ass.

Well, it's a fact that Kenzaki is totally OOC in Decade, no matter if he have that "bitter" aspect or not. I was just saying why the argument of him being "bitter" wouldn't change that, even if it was true.
I mean, Kenzaki would'nt eliminate any other rider, even if it was Decade being... Decade.

They really shouldn't have brought Kenzaki back in the first place. The role they wanted him to play was far better suited to someone like Tendou or Takumi, who can put aside their feelings and just straight up murder someone. Kenzaki, as much as I liked that they did go out of their way to get him, just didn't fit.
But then they'd have the issue that Tendou is too strong and Takumi is just Tsukasa with a personality.

Decade is really on par with Batman depending on whether he's appearing in a Batman or Justice League comic.
If they need him to be a weak, frail man hiding behind a tough exterior, he is. If they need him to be a walking god and savior to us all, he is.
He's the epitome of a mary sue, perfect when he needs to be.

I think the true mary sue of Kamen rider is Tendou/ kabuto. That man is never wrong about anything. Decade on the other hand is flawed enough to not really be one
