Because Phoenix didn't die. He's in the sun perpertually being killed and reborn over and over again (and arguably will be strong enough to escape, but the franchise will undoubtedly never address this).

See, I don't get why people say that's a thing. He's in the Sun. Even if he does grow in power, no amount of power would be able to get him out of the Sun's gravity well if he can't get enough thrust. Not only that, but he immolates whenever he dies. In other words, he catches on fire.

I didn't like Hyper because it made no sense. He, from the start, had a very animal-centric motic. Chimera was made up of four of them. And instead of building on that they shrugged their shoulders and gave us a frilled cowboy with a mirror magnum.

I wanna say this real quick. Aside from that damn wheel on Mach's shoulder. I love his suit. Its very simple and is just like a BMX riders outfit.

I'd go with Verde. I know we was one of the first riders put, but the man used a fucking yoyo as a weapon. A YOYO!! Also he was green and chameleon based. I dig green. Plus not a gun user.

Mach's suit has to be my favorite, but that wheel is so random and dumb.
