"Animated Tokusatsu" is an oxymoron. Like anime, we only count what's Japanese with some expections as it refers to the Japanese productions more than anything else. All of the shows listed here belong in categories that do include Kamen Rider (Henshin Hero), Super Sentai (team/stike force/squadron aka sentai), and Godzilla (Ever monster thing ever), but not in Tokusatsu unless it's live action.

Bottomline: This thread is asking for animated Henshin Heroes and animated Sentai, not Tokusatsu. Is that so hard?

I think that was uncalled for. We all know it's not real Toku, according to the definition. But we were still enjoying ourselves discussing the subject. No reason to just come down on everyone like that, Blade.

I didn't mean it to be harsh. However, if we are going to classify these things, then let's classify them by what they are, not by what they can never be without changing mediums.

And Casshern... I'm with you. He spends more time being emo, and talking about the world is ending because he killed Luna, than actually doing anything. And the plot makes no sense.
