He's beetbuster too and he even guest star in that Gaim soccer movie as an extra. I guess he just love to hang out on toku set. He's either an Easter egg character or he's going to have a episode of his own in the future.

You can see him a bit in the normal ending credits for about a second and he made a full cameo in Space 14.

It would be cool if he did have a larger role in the series, but at the moment it looks like he's just there for the more hardcore fans to spot.
