Looks like the leaks were correct, the ninja buckle does not come with Tycoon’s ID Core. I just wonder what toy(s) it’ll be attached to via the campaign.

Makes sense. DGP doesn't seem to do Rider-restricted Raise Buckles.

It's cool how the handle looks like a kunai. I don't like the red eyes though, they make Tycoon look aggressive, which Keiwa generally isn't.

I think it's for color contrast. The shade of red for his eyes using Ninja reminds me of Sigurd.
