The Level 9 Occult Chemy is called Ninetails. You only get one guess to figure out what that is.

Neat, I dig the asymmetry and the white lenses.

I also completely understand the initial confusion on him, cuz yeah, the best way I'd could describe the suit if I was a leaker taking a sneak peek at it would be "He's a Golden Decade with some changes here and there..."

I can definitely see the Decade (who couldn't?) but I also see Oma Zi-O in the design as well, which I personally enjoy on top of being into strange asymmetrical designs.

Curious to see what he brings to the table...

I think the funniest thing about Legend is that we've known what he looks like for a while now, This attached image came out MONTHS ago but was quickly dismissed as fan art and was called "Gorgeous Decade".
